Evergreen Surgical is located at 719 West Hamilton Avenue, Eau Claire, and the partners perform surgery in Eau Claire at Sacred Heart and Luther hospitals, as well as the OakLeaf Surgical Hospital. However, the surgeons also see patients and perform operations in Durand, Neillsville, Stanley, Chippewa Falls and Black River Falls.
